    Reporting Medicaid Fraud/Abuse

    Report all Medicaid fraud and/or abuse referrals to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Inspector General (MDHHS OIG). Providers who have any suspicion or knowledge of fraud and/or abuse must report directly to MDHHS OIG by calling or sending a memo or letter to:
