How we help older adults, adults with disabilities and caregivers
We will guide you on how to best pair your own personal resources with community resources so that you can continue to live at home or in the setting of your choice for as long as you choose. If desired, we will assist you in developing a plan. There is no cost for this service and no obligation to implement any of the suggestions we make. Family members and caregivers may participate in these meetings if you choose to include them. The meeting can take place over the phone, video call, in your home, our office, or another setting of your choice. We are available for additional counseling as desired. There may be fees for services included in your plan. As part of the Options Counseling process, we can provide you with information on how to pay for the services you choose to have included in your plan.
