 Human Resources Specialist – Part-time (24hr/wk)

Job Summary

The Human Resources Specialist is a part-time (24 hours/week), non-exempt role dedicated to supporting Human Resource (HR) functions in a nonprofit environment while ensuring compliance with applicable federal and Michigan labor laws. This position assists with recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, employee relations, and legal compliance, helping maintain an inclusive workplace that reflects the organization’s mission and values.

Candidate must live within the 10-county AAANM service area of Northwest Michigan. This is hybrid position that requires regional travel on a regular basis throughout Northwest Michigan.

Accounting Specialist — Full-time

Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist supports the day-to-day financial operations of the organization by performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions with accuracy and timeliness. This role requires strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and good to excellent Microsoft Excel proficiency. The Accounting Assistant works collaboratively with staff, vendors, and partners to ensure financial processes are efficient, compliant, and customer-service oriented.
